Our work

Every photo here is a job we did

There is no stock photography on this site and no borrowed work. These are our own pictures of our own repairs on customers' trailers and box trucks across Metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia. Customer plates and fleet numbers are obscured.

Before and after

Same truck. Same spot. One new threshold plate.

Two photos from the same job, shot from the same place in the doorway. Drag the handle — or use the arrow keys — to wipe between them.

Rusted and worn threshold plate at the rear of a box truck before repair, tools staged on the floor The same box truck doorway after a new steel diamond plate threshold was fitted and welded in flush Before After

Threshold plate, box truck. The old plate had corroded through to an open hole and the seam had split, so a loaded pallet jack had nowhere safe to cross. Cut out, new steel diamond plate fitted, welded and set flush with the floor.

The rebuild

One liftgate platform, start to finish

A cracked aluminium platform came off a box truck in the customer's own covered bay, went onto mats on the ground, was cut back, measured, re-welded, and put straight back on the truck.

Liftgate platform and tools laid out on mats beside the jacked-up truck

Step 01

Dropped and laid out

Platform off the truck and onto mats, tools spread out, the truck supported behind it.

Fresh aluminium weld beads with chalk measurements on the platform

Step 02

Measured and welded

Cut back to sound material, marked out on the plate, and welded the length of the seam.

The rebuilt platform held beside the box truck in the fleet yard

Step 03

Back on the truck

Refitted and cycled through full travel before we left the yard.
