Everything we repair on a trailer
Six areas of work, all of them represented in our own job photos. Mobile across Metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia — most of it done where the trailer is parked.
Service 01
Liftgate Repair & Service
Hydraulic liftgates are what we know best, and it is the work we are called out for most.
A gate that won't lift, won't hold, drifts down under load or dies halfway is usually one of a handful of things: the pump motor assembly, the hydraulic valve body, a stretched or snapped lift cable, or the wiring feeding it. We diagnose which, order the liftgate parts from the manufacturer, and fit them.
- Pump motor assemblies
- Hydraulic valve bodies and solenoids
- Lift cables and chains
- Platform repair and re-welding
- Control wiring, switches and grounds
Service 02
Trailer & Box Truck Flooring
Hardwood trailer floors split, rot and eventually blow through where the pallet jack rolls.
We cut out the failed section back to sound board, fit new hardwood, and screw or bolt it down into the crossmembers so it sits flush. Small patches where a patch is honest work, and full runs of board when the floor is past patching.
- Section patches and blown-through holes
- Full board replacement
- Rotted floors over rusted crossmembers
- Screw-down and bolt-down hardware
- Threshold and floor edges sealed
Service 03
Threshold & Rear Sill Plates
The rear threshold takes every wheel of every pallet jack that ever crossed it.
When it rusts through, the whole rear of the trailer becomes a hazard — a jack wheel drops into the hole, the load stops, and the sill underneath starts going with it. We cut the old plate out, fit new steel diamond plate, weld it in and set it flush so a loaded jack rolls straight over.
- Rusted-through threshold plates
- New steel diamond plate fitted and welded
- Rear sill and edge repair
- Set flush for loaded pallet jacks
Service 04
Landing Gear
Bent, seized or sheared landing gear, replaced where the trailer is parked.
A dry van with a folded leg is not going anywhere and is not safe to drop. We support the nose, cut the old gear off, and fit new legs, sand shoes and the cross shaft that ties them together, then run it up and down to check it winds clean.
- Leg and sand shoe replacement
- Cross shaft and gearbox
- Bent, seized and sheared legs
- Checked through full travel
Service 05
Welding & Fabrication
Aluminium and steel welding on trailer structure, liftgate platforms, rails and mounts.
A cracked liftgate platform, a torn mount, a split rail or a hinge that has pulled out of the post is a welding job, not a parts job. We weld aluminium and steel on site, and fabricate the piece when the original part is no longer made.
- Aluminium liftgate platform welding
- Steel frame, mount and bracket repair
- Cracked rails, hinges and keepers
- Fabrication for obsolete parts
Service 06
Doors & Rear Hardware
Roll-up doors that bind, jump the track, or won't seal — plus everything around them.
A door that fights you every stop costs the driver time all day. We work the panels, rollers and track, straighten or repair the header rail above it, and sort the hinges, latches and keepers that hold the rear of the body together.
- Roll-up door panels and rollers
- Track and header rail repair
- Hinges, latches and keepers
- Door seals and weather strip
